The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's interim report this week shows the value of fish landings increased during the first nine months of the fishing year, as fishermen got higher prices for their cod, haddock, pollock and other so-called groundfish. The amount of groundfish being landed meanwhile declined about 15 percent.</p>
