On October 31, 2011, Holly Binns, Sera Drevenak, and Chad Hanson of the Pew Environment Group expressed concern that Spiny Lobster Amendment 10 currently under review by the National Marine Fisheries Service may not be sufficient to prevent overfishing and hold the fishery within its annual catch limit.
