Interested in the military’s new clean energy strategy?

A report published Wednesday provides a comprehensive overview of a shifting energy policy at the Department of Defense and its potential to effect innovation and savings.

“They’re in a very unique position to drive change,” said Phyllis Cuttino, director of the Clean Energy Program at the nonpartisan Pew Charitable Trusts. “They’re the largest institutional user of energy in the world. They consume more energy than three-quarters of all other countries on earth.”
