The world demand for fish combined with today’s technology is putting our oceans at risk.  If we act responsibly now, they can recover, but if we continue to take more fish than nature can replace, we could see a future without our favorite seafood dishes.

We need your help to make sure that the National Marine Fisheries Service and New England Fishery Management Council implement the annual catch limits and accountability measures now required by law, and that they give the new cooperative management structure, called sector management, time to work. Sectors will give fishermen the flexibility to stay in business while our fish stocks rebuild.
